Couple of hours to a New Year…………………….Ippo rivet thaan di maamu. There goes my 300GB HDD my new FlashDisk and Wifi
I got my own i-pod shuffle on monday……

Naaaaaaaaaaah Not that old thing i got this……..

Yeaaaaaah Baby!. i own this new ipod shuffle thanks to my Bro-In-Law. Man…..its awesome
The world’s smallest digital music player with 1 Gig space lets me cram around 250 songs into it. The size is awesome. Its smaller than a matchbox & weighs less than one too. The packaging was awesome…of course..it had to be….Its Apple’s
Anyway i installed itunes first and then plugged my pod into its dock and then to the usb………Vola! It was magic. Itunes recognized my pod and started the initial setup..i named my pod “Shyam’s Pod” I did not want to give it a fancy name……ITS MY POD why the hell would i name it otherwise.
The next task was to load it with a few tunes…..ok not a few, but cram it with every tune possible. But filling 1gig manually was a boring task. i could not wait to listen to the tracks thru the pod so..i pound on “Auto Fill” and that was it, 1 Gig of pure music. So i turn it on and ……….”Pure Ecstasy”. The sound was awesome. I had a Sony NS-11 player earlier which was pretty good but this makes it look & sound like crap.
I’ve heard people comment that the taste of chocolate was better than sex, If that was true then……..i’d say Good Music on an i-pod its way better than chocolate.

All the browsers are basically configured to be dial-up friendly. But what about broadband users? yup broadband users will not be able to unleash the full power of their browser unless……they do a little tweaking.
The following tips will make Firefox and Internet Explorer load web pages quicker than before.Well i can guarantee that it’ll work with firefox but with IE……we’ll…
FireFox Optimization
Open Firefox: and load a webpage…see the time it takes to load the page
- Type about:config in the adress bar
- Filter with keyword ‘network’
- Double click network.http.pipelining and set it to true
- Double click network.http.pipelining.maxrequests to set value from ‘4′ to a higher value like 10
Now Try loading the same webpage and see the difference
Internet Explorer Optimization
- got to Start> Regedit>
- Hkey_Current_User > Software > Microsoft >Windows >Current Version > Internet Settings
- MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server & Max ConnectionsPerServer (indicates max no of connections per page)
- Double click and increase the default values to(Decimal) 10. Close regedit
Now Test IE and see the difference
Right click on desktop and make a new Text Document
open it… and type:
Bush hid the facts
dont put a period.
save it
close it
re-open it
What do you see?… weird huh?
Explanation:
This is not an easter egg or a weird pun by notepad developers, the app breaks if you type
“this app can break”
“this api can break”,
“alex can not sing”,
“and even “abcd efg hij klmno
Look carefully at the sequence of strings “xxxx xxx xxx xxxxx” they are all in the format
4-3-3-4
Its because of the difference between ASCII and Unicode. It’s just a matter of Notepad defaults. When you save the file, in the “Encoding” field, the default drop-down is set to ANSI. So Notepad saves as ANSI. But if you do a File -> Open, the default Encoding is set to Unicode. That’s exactly what happens when you double click a saved file. Notepad knows the path, but not the Encoding. So it uses the default Unicode encoding, which spits characters as explained above.
So no consipiracies….i dunno what bush hid…its just an MS App
