You might have read the “Time Machine” Or seen movies such as “The Terminator” or “Time Cop”. Well here’s someone who claims he’s is from the future and has come back to the past to collect an old IBM 5100 computer.

In November 02, 2000, a person calling himself Timetravel_0, and later John Titor, started posting on a public forum that he was a time traveler from the year 2036. As the weeks went by, more and more people began questioning him about why he was here, the physics of time travel and his thoughts about our time. He even posted images of his “Time Machine” on various forums.

He was supposedly a soldier sent from 2036 back to 1975 to retrieve an IBM 5100 computer. The postings also described various future events between 2005 and 2037, including World War III. He has also predicted some very odd stuff about people suffering from Mad Cow Disease. On being questioned about the physics of time travel he replied that he was a soldier and not a scientist.

On March 21, 2001, John Titor told that he would be leaving 2036. After that, he was never heard from again, and no he did not say “I’ll Be Back” while leaving
